Spark community releases proposal to "Adjust SubDAO Proxy Management Mechanism"
Foresight News reports that the Spark community has released a proposal to "Adjust the SubDAO Proxy Management Mechanism." The proposal suggests that the Spark governance body make the following adjustments to the SubDAO proxy reserve plan: shorten the Risk Reserve Capital (RRC) look-back period from 12 months to 3 months; reduce the Spark product guarantee fund from 5 million USDS to 1 million USDS; shorten the target operating cycle from 24 months to 12 months; increase the standard buyback rate from 10% to 25%; and add a new parameter, "Buyback Recipient," to specify the destination of SPK tokens purchased by the buyback executor.
