India reports Nipah virus cases, Malaysian glove stocks surge

Glonghui January 28th|TA Securities Holdings analyst Kevin Tan Kong Jin stated that concerns over the Nipah virus have driven up the stock prices of Malaysian glove manufacturers. The stock price on one exchange surged as much as 7.5%, another exchange rose by 6.2%, another by 4%, and another increased by 8.2%. According to reports, Indian authorities are taking action to contain the deadly Nipah virus outbreak after confirming five cases.
