Superstate raises $82.5 million to build a blockchain-based IPO issuance platform

According to a report by Bijie Network: Bijie Network reports that fintech company Superstate has completed an $82.5 million Series B financing round, led by Bain Capital Crypto and Distributed Global. The company plans to use the funds to expand its on-chain issuance layer in order to issue SEC-registered stocks on Ethereum and Solana. Currently, the assets of its two tokenized funds under management exceed $1.23 billion.
