Dutch regulator launches investigation into US online gaming platform Roblox

Gelonghui, January 30th – The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) announced on January 30th that it has launched an investigation into the US online gaming platform Roblox, concerning potential risks faced by minors in the EU on the platform. During the investigation, ACM will assess whether the gaming platform has taken sufficient measures to protect minors using its services.
