Jinse Finance reported that, according to on-chain data, the budget wallet under the Hyper Foundation has unstaked 100,000 HYPE, valued at approximately $2.9 million. Historical records show that this wallet has previously unstaked HYPE four times to cover operational expenses, with a cumulative total of about 384,000 HYPE (around $11 million). The last unstaking operation occurred approximately seven months ago. It should also be noted that this unstaking operation is unrelated to team token unlocks and does not involve any preset unlock schedule events.
