Foresight News reported that the London-listed technology company The Smarter Web Company has allotted 187,000 ordinary shares according to the terms of the subscription agreement. The total proceeds from the subscription of these shares amount to £82,170 (before expenses), equivalent to approximately £0.44 per share. The company will receive about 98.25% of the proceeds as settlement. The remaining balance of ordinary shares not yet allotted under the subscription agreement is 58,833,500 shares.
