JPMorgan expects institutional funds to drive a crypto market recovery in 2026

JPMorgan stated that the production cost of bitcoin has dropped to around $77,000, and a new equilibrium may be formed after miners exit the market. The bank expects that stronger fundamentals and institutional capital inflows will drive the crypto market higher in 2026, and points out that additional crypto legislation in the United States may provide the necessary clarity for further institutional participation.
