Agricultural and farm machinery company Titan (NSYE:TWI) will be reporting results this Thursday before market open. Here’s what to expect.

Titan International beat analysts’ revenue expectations last quarter, reporting revenues of $466.5 million, up 4.1% year on year. It was a strong quarter for the company, with a beat of analysts’ EPS estimates and a solid beat of analysts’ EBITDA estimates.

This quarter, the market is expecting Titan International’s revenue to grow 3.5% year on year, a reversal from the 1.7% decrease it recorded in the same quarter last year.

Analysts covering the company have generally reconfirmed their estimates over the last 30 days, suggesting they anticipate the business to stay the course heading into earnings. Titan International has missed Wall Street’s revenue estimates multiple times over the last two years.

Looking at Titan International’s peers in the heavy machinery segment, some have already reported their Q4 results, giving us a hint as to what we can expect. AGCO delivered year-on-year revenue growth of 1.1%, beating analysts’ expectations by 9.6%, and Deere reported revenues up 13%, topping estimates by 5.9%. AGCO traded up 8.9% following the results while Deere was also up 11.7%.

There has been positive sentiment among investors in the heavy machinery segment, with share prices up 5.7% on average over the last month. Titan International is up 20.3% during the same time and is heading into earnings with an average analyst price target of $11.25 (compared to the current share price of $10.55).
