NEAR launches cross-chain transaction privacy execution feature Confidential Intents, introducing a privacy execution layer for cross-chain transactions
Foresight News reports that NEAR has launched the Confidential Intents feature, a cross-chain transaction privacy execution function built into NEAR Intents, aimed at addressing the long-standing issue of transaction transparency in DeFi. Confidential Intents creates a restricted visibility execution environment through NEAR's private shard, ensuring that transaction details remain invisible to the public during the settlement process.
Users can freely switch between main accounts and confidential accounts within the near.com application, enabling confidential mode for transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and more. The privacy feature for currency swaps will also be launched soon. This feature is designed for institutional capital, enterprise users, and advanced DeFi users, providing a privacy protection layer for cross-chain positions.
