BlockBeats News, February 27th, Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart posted on the X platform, stating, "In the fourth quarter of 2025, institutions that submitted a 13F report to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission mostly sold their Ethereum ETF positions, especially hedge funds. Against the backdrop of a sharp basis drop in early October and a continuous low level, they have been reducing their related positions."
