Target Hospitality (TH) To Report Earnings Tomorrow: Here Is What To Expect
Workforce housing company Target Hospitality (NASDAQ:TH) will be reporting earnings this Wednesday before the bell. Here’s what to expect.
Target Hospitality beat analysts’ revenue expectations last quarter, reporting revenues of $99.36 million, up 4.4% year on year. It was a very strong quarter for the company, with a beat of analysts’ EPS estimates and an impressive beat of analysts’ EBITDA estimates. It reported 8,112 utilized beds, down 38.3% year on year.
This quarter, the market is expecting Target Hospitality’s revenue to grow 2.6% year on year, a reversal from the 33.7% decrease it recorded in the same quarter last year.
Analysts covering the company have generally reconfirmed their estimates over the last 30 days, suggesting they anticipate the business to stay the course heading into earnings. Target Hospitality has a history of exceeding Wall Street’s expectations.
Looking at Target Hospitality’s peers in the consumer discretionary - travel and vacation providers segment, some have already reported their Q4 results, giving us a hint as to what we can expect. Viking delivered year-on-year revenue growth of 27.8%, beating analysts’ expectations by 6.6%, and Frontier reported flat revenue, topping estimates by 2.3%. Viking traded up 1.7% following the results while Frontier was down 12%.

Target Hospitality is up 8.5% during the same time and is heading into earnings with an average analyst price target of $10.50 (compared to the current share price of $7.92).
