Colombia seeks to restart the pipeline project for importing natural gas from Venezuela.

Golden Ten Data reported on March 12 that Colombia's Minister of Energy, Edwin Palma, stated that Colombia is taking measures to enable the country to begin importing natural gas from Venezuela. Venezuela's national oil company (PDVSA) will repair approximately 5 kilometers of the Antonio Ricaurte pipeline located on the Colombian side. Palma posted that he made these remarks after meeting with officials from PDVSA's local branch. He also added that, meanwhile, Colombia will work to obtain the necessary permits for the repairs.
