Etherscan launches historical proxy feature to simplify contract upgrade review
Foresight News reports that Ethereum explorer Etherscan has launched the Historical Proxy tab feature, allowing users to view the past implementations and upgrade transactions of proxies. When a supported EIP (Ethereum Improvement Proposal) detects an upgrade event, relevant information will be provided. In addition, Etherscan has automated proxy verification, so users generally do not need to manually click the "Is this a proxy?" button except in special cases.
