Bitcoin treasury company Empery Digital raises $25 million in a common stock sale
According to ChainCatcher, Bitcoin treasury company Empery Digital announced the sale of 4,638,219 common shares at a price of $5.39 per share, raising $25 million. In addition, it sold 4,638,219 warrants to purchase common shares (valid for four years from the date of issuance). The new capital is planned to be used for repayment of buyback loans.
Empery Digital also disclosed that last week it sold 63 Bitcoins at an average price of $72,791, bringing its total holdings down to around 3,439 Bitcoins.
