The agreement provides it with an unsecured revolving credit facility totaling up to $1.3 billion. The maturity date of this financing tool is set for March 27, 2031, offering solid financial support for the company’s medium- and long-term development. This unsecured revolving loan arrangement significantly enhances National Fuel Gas’s financial flexibility, enabling it to draw funds at any time for working capital, capital expenditures, or other general corporate purposes, according to business needs and market conditions. The conclusion of this agreement also reflects the financial market’s recognition of the company’s credit status and future prospects.
