Broadridge expands platform to support tokenized securities proxy voting

Broadridge Financial Solutions announced the expansion of its proxy voting and disclosure platform, adding support for tokenized securities. Data will be recorded on the Avalanche L1 blockchain and synchronized to other blockchains, allowing issuers to view voting on both traditional and digital securities through a single control panel. Proxy voting is the first corporate action supported, with other actions to be added in the future.
