Glonghui, April 14 — Nuclea Energy, dedicated to developing nuclear microreactors for the off-grid market and data centers, submitted an application to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Monday (April 13) to raise up to $50 million through an Initial Public Offering (IPO). Nuclea Energy’s core product is the “Morpheus Microreactor,” a transportable, factory-prefabricated nuclear reactor with a sealed core, designed for use in remote Arctic regions of Canada and Indigenous communities, mining and resource extraction, data centers and critical infrastructure, as well as defense and national security scenarios. The company is still in the development stage and has not yet generated any revenue.
