The 30-year US Treasury yield rises by about 3.1 basis points.

The yield on the 2-year U.S. Treasury rose by 1.23 basis points to 3.7737%; the yield on the 30-year U.S. Treasury increased by 3.07 basis points to 4.9285%. The yield spread between the 2-year and 10-year U.S. Treasuries widened by 1.145 basis points to +52.934 basis points. The yield on the 10-year Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities (TIPS) rose by 3 basis points to 1.9119%; the 2-year TIPS yield increased by 0.51 basis points to 0.8478%; and the 30-year TIPS yield climbed by 4.24 basis points to 2.6849%.
