US stocks pre-market movement: Hesai rises nearly 5% before market open, showcases four major new products at Technology Open Day event

Glonghui April 22｜Hesai (HSAI.US) rose nearly 5% in pre-market trading, quoted at $22.44. According to reports, Hesai Technology recently held its 2026 Technology Open Day event, where it launched the world's first 6D full-color LiDAR ultra-sensitive chip Picasso SPAD-SoC. In addition, the Hesai ETX series LiDAR will be upgraded with the Picasso SPAD-SoC, supporting up to 4,320-line full-color 4K ultra-high-definition sensing, with mass production delivery expected in the second half of this year. Hesai also announced a strategic upgrade from “spatial perception” to “spatial intelligence” and, for the first time, showcased a new spatial intelligence AI hardware product named Kosmo, along with a new strategic direction in robot power modules.
