```htmlGlonhui April 24 | According to sources, India's largest asset management company—SBI Fund Management Limited—will officially begin its initial public offering (IPO) roadshow as early as next week, with a fundraising scale of up to $1.5 billion. Sources indicate that the company plans to offer about three-quarters of the shares to domestic investors, while also considering raising up to an additional $350 million through a pre-IPO private placement. The company is currently negotiating with investment banks regarding the plan. Reports say SBI Fund Management's target valuation range is $13 billion to $15 billion. Its competitor, India's second-largest asset management institution, ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company, completed a $1.2 billion listing in December last year, with a current market value of about $17.6 billion.```
