The Bank of America strategist team suggests shorting the 2-year US Treasury when yields are at 3.87%, targeting 4.10% with a stop loss at 3.70%. They believe the ceasefire situation in Iran is fragile, there are upside risks for oil prices and inflation, US economic data has shown resilience, the Federal Reserve may turn hawkish, and they noted the April FOMC meeting was relatively hawkish.
