The company stated that Ms. Baryski's resignation was for personal reasons and was not related to any disagreement with the company regarding operations, accounting, or financial reporting. She has agreed to provide assistance during the transition period to ensure a smooth handover of relevant responsibilities. Currently, the board of directors of FRANKLIN BSP CAPITAL CORP has begun searching for a new Chief Financial Officer. Until a suitable successor is found, the company has not announced any interim acting arrangements.
