The probability of "Strategy selling any bitcoin before the end of the year" on Polymarket has surged to 90%.
BlockBeats news, on May 10, Polymarket's prediction that "Strategy will sell any amount of its Bitcoin holdings before the end of the year" soared to 90% (compared to 12% on May 5). Additionally, the probability that it will sell any Bitcoin before May 31, 2026, is 49%, and before June 30, 2026, is 75%.
Previously reported, Strategy founder Michael Saylor broke his "never proactively sell" stance for the first time during the company's Q1 2026 earnings call livestream, stating that the company may sell part of its Bitcoin holdings to pay dividends. He said: "We might sell some Bitcoin to pay dividends, aiming to desensitize the market and send a signal that we have indeed done so."
