U.S. stocks closed with the three major indexes slightly up, S&P 500 rose for nine consecutive weeks, PURR surged nearly 17%.

The Dow Jones rose preliminarily by 0.72%, the S&P 500 index increased by 0.22%, and the Nasdaq rose by 0.2%. IBM (IBM.N) rose more than 12%, Qualcomm (QCOM.O) climbed over 3%, and Oracle (ORCL.N) jumped over 10%.
This month, the S&P 500 index increased by 5.15%, the Nasdaq went up by 8.36%, and the Dow Jones gained 2.78%. The S&P 500 index posted gains for the ninth consecutive week, setting the longest winning streak since December 2023.
In cryptocurrency concept stocks, MSTR gained 4.91%; COIN rose 3.72%, CRCL increased 4.40%; SBET rose 0.49%; BMNR increased 0.10%; HOOD surged 11.15%, and HYPE’s treasury company PURR soared 16.98%.
