21Shares: Bitcoin year-end base target price is $100,000
Odaily reports that, according to the mid-year crypto market report published by 21Shares, Bitcoin is expected to reach a peak of around $126,000 in October 2025, with a baseline target price of $100,000 by the end of 2026.
The report indicates that, as of May 2026, the global crypto ETP assets under management are approximately $140 billion, with a total holding of 1.25 million Bitcoins. Additionally, it forecasts that market trading volume will reach $57.5 billion by the end of May; the total value locked in DeFi will remain around $140 billion; within Ethereum Layer 2 networks, Base, Arbitrum, and Optimism account for about 83% of total DeFi value locked; the size of tokenized assets on public blockchains is $31 billion, including $15 billion in tokenized US Treasuries.
