Empery Digital invests $65 million to acquire AI data center equity and adjusts its business focus

Nasdaq-listed company Empery Digital has signed an agreement with Hunt Properties to acquire a 25% stake in a US AI data center project for $65 million. Empery Digital announced it will terminate disclosure of net asset value data based on Bitcoin holdings, and will focus on expanding its AI computing power and energy infrastructure business in the future.
