According to Globenewswire, Figure Technology Solutions plans to issue $600 million in senior unsecured notes, with the proceeds to be used for the acquisition of Kiavi and general corporate purposes. Figure will acquire Kiavi for $717 million and expects Kiavi to increase transaction volume by more than $7 billion annually.
