The decentralized derivatives trading protocol Variational will launch swap contracts in the third quarter.
Foresight News reported that the decentralized derivatives trading protocol Variational will launch swaps in the third quarter to bring traditional financial institution liquidity on-chain. The official team has already signed cooperation agreements to provide over 1 billion US dollars in open interest (OI) capacity for the swap market and has begun introducing traditional financial liquidity into perpetual markets for gold, silver, and WTI crude oil, narrowing related trading spreads by more than 20%.
Previously, Foresight News reported that, according to Fortune magazine, Variational completed a 50 million US dollar Series A funding round in May this year, led by Dragonfly Capital.
