Michael Saylor: No New Stock Issuance Below $100 STRC Strategy
BlockBeats News, July 27th, Strategy founder Michael Saylor stated that the company has repurchased 288,930 shares of STRC preferred stock, with a total transaction amount of approximately $25 million, at an average repurchase price of $86.52 per share.
Saylor stated that Strategy plans to continue to act as a "regular and disciplined buyer," continuously repurchasing when the STRC price is below $100; will increase buying intensity when the price is far from $100 and reduce the repurchase scale when approaching $100. Currently, Strategy still has approximately $975 million available for preferred stock repurchases.
Saylor stated that the STRC repurchase funds will not use US dollar reserves, but will be raised through means such as MSTR stock and Bitcoin (BTC) sales based on market conditions. The company's goal is to stabilize the STRC price around $100 and maintain high liquidity, low volatility, and a healthy sustainable independent market demand.
He emphasized that Strategy will not issue new shares when the STRC price is below $100.
