(1) In June, France's domestic producer prices fell by 0.6% month-on-month, with the previous value revised down to a 0.2% decrease. Prices for manufactured goods declined by 0.6%, reversing a 0.1% increase from the previous month, mainly due to a larger drop in prices for coke and refined petroleum products (-12.0%, previous value -7.3%).(2) The price growth slowed for the manufacturing of food, beverages and tobacco (0.1%, previous value 0.2%), electrical, electronic equipment, computers and machinery (0.2%, previous value 0.3%), and other manufactured goods (0.2%, previous value 0.9%), while transport equipment prices remained flat. Prices for mining, energy, and water continued to decrease, but the rate of decline slowed (-0.7%, previous value -1.0%). Year-on-year, domestic producer prices in June rose by 2.6%, down from a revised 3.1% previously.
