- RSM México Bogarín was appointed external auditor for the company and its subsidiaries for fiscal 2026.
- Mauricio González Gómez was named independent external auditor for fiscal 2026.
- The board also ratified the audit and corporate practices committee members, reviewed mid-year business and consolidated financials, addressed compliance risks, updated AML policies.
