- Loss reflected a CAD 61.95 million revaluation hit on digital assets as SOL fell about 65% from Sept. 30, 2025.
- Operating income slipped to CAD 5.04 million from CAD 6.81 million as validator income fell with lower SOL prices.
- Validator income also faced smaller per-epoch rewards from programmed disinflation, alongside higher competition that pressured yields and margins.
- HoudiniSwap contributed CAD 1.2 million of swap aggregator revenue following its June 1, 2026 acquisition.
