According to information from Zhitong Finance APP, Marvell Technology (MRVL.US) has entered into a custom chip partnership with Google (GOOGL.US), and has also issued a warrant to Google, allowing the latter to purchase approximately $12.18 billion worth of Marvell Technology shares. Boosted by this news, as of press time, Marvell Technology's pre-market US stock price rose nearly 13% on Wednesday.
