Chevron (CVX) said Monday its Chevron Business Development EMEA subsidiary signed a production sharing agreement with Libya's National Oil Corporation, or NOC. The company said in an emailed statement to MT Newswires that it was awarded Contract Area 106 in the country's Sirte Basin in Libya's 2025 Bidding Round.
