Northrop Grumman Gets $215.9 Million US Air Force Contract Modification

05:48 PM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Northrop Grumman (NOC) has secured a $215.9 million contract modification to a previously awarded contract for the Deep Space Advanced Radar Capability (DARC) Site 2 project, the US Department of Defense said Tuesday. The US Air Force contract modification includes pre-construction long-lead items, antenna hardware, antenna manufacturing, and pre-construction tasks for the DARC Site 2 radar. The modification brings the total value of the contract to $495.4 million from $279.4 million. Work will be performed in Colorado and is set to be completed by March 30, 2030.
