Quarterhill Upsizes Private Placement Financing to $45 Million

11:09 AM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Quarterhill (QTRH.TO) upsized its private placement of shares by $10 million to raise $45 million, the company said on Thursday. Quarterhill will now issue 18.15 million shares at $2.48 each, along with a 15% over-allotment option. If fully-exercised, financing proceeds will be increased by an additional $6.75 million.
