GE Vernova names Rivian CFO Claire McDonough as incoming finance chief

- McDonough will assume the role on Jan. 1, 2027, replacing Ken Parks, who plans to retire in 2027.
- Parks will remain CFO through 2026, then shift to strategic adviser in Q1 2027, retiring in April 2027.
- McDonough has been Rivian CFO since 2021, leading its IPO.
- She previously was a J.P. Morgan investment banking managing director, co-heading the Disruptive Commerce Group.
