BTC Options Open Interest Rises to 550,000, Market Sentiment Turns Positive
According to Glassnode data, the open interest for BTC options has risen to 550,000 BTC, and the DVOL volatility index has rebounded to 41. The 25 Delta Skew across various maturities has narrowed, with short-term skew turning negative, indicating a decrease in demand for downside protection. BTC is currently in the Gamma range of $75,000 to $80,000, with call options being purchased at strike prices of $72,500 and $79,250, while demand for put options remains limited.
