TABLE-US nonfarm payrolls benchmark revision

Aug 28 (Reuters) - The U.S. Labor Department on Friday released a preliminary estimate of its annual "benchmark" revision to its non-farm payrolls series. Below are the estimates for how the estimate would impact the level of employment in March for the overall non-farm payrolls series and major sectors. The department will issue its final benchmark revision in February 2027 along with its employment report for January 2027.
