DocuSign's Fiscal Q2 Unlikely to Boost Visibility Into Growth Reacceleration, BofA Says

MT newswireMT newswire2026/08/28 14:48
10:48 AM EDT, 08/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- DocuSign's (DOCU) fiscal Q2 results are unlikely to significantly improve visibility into growth reacceleration driven by the company's intelligent agreement management, or IAM, BofA Securities said in a Friday note. An increase in DocuSign's fiscal 2027 annual recurring revenue growth guidance would indicate that its new product cycle is working well, but enterprise IAM adoption remains in its early stages. A guidance lift with the release of Q2 results is unlikely due to bookings seasonality in H2 and uncertainties in IAM adoption. IAM's inflection will hinge on customers' adoption of a new product category amidst competition for AI budgets, the investment firm said. The company is scheduled to release its fiscal Q2 results Thursday. BofA raised its price objective on DocuSign to $58 from $52, and maintained its underperform rating. Shares of DocuSign were up 2.1% in Friday trading. Price: 65.16, Change: +1.36, Percent Change: +2.13
