- March-September capacity includes $300 million committed, $100 million uncommitted; other months include $200 million committed, $100 million uncommitted.
- Borrowings price at one-month Term SOFR plus 0.75% for committed tranches; 0.85% for uncommitted tranches.
- Wells Fargo serves as administrative agent under the amended receivables purchase agreement.
