04:33 PM EDT, 08/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Jumia Technologies (JMIA) filed a prospectus Friday covering the potential resale of up to 2.717 million American depositary shares by selling securityholders. The securities represent 5.43 million ordinary shares issued under purchase agreements dated Aug. 12. The company said it will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the ADSs.
