Zhihu Finance APP has learned that a $2.4 billion debt financing, led by a fund under Blue Owl Capital Inc. (OWL.US), has been completed. The funds will be provided to cloud computing service provider IREN Ltd. (IREN.US) to purchase NVIDIA's (NVDA.US) Blackwell Ultra GPUs, supporting the construction of its data center campus in Canada.
