Orron Energy completes Nordic renewables combination with Cloudberry, becomes 27.01% shareholder

- The combination creates a Nordic independent power producer with about 2.1 TWh in annual proportionate generation across all Nordic price areas.
- Orrön Energy now holds 124,378,083 Cloudberry shares, a 27.01% stake, with two board seats.
- Net debt fell to below EUR 5 million as Cloudberry settled or assumed about EUR 93 million of loans and interest; Orrön received EUR 4.2 million cash.
- Karskruv was retained, producing about 290 GWh annually, alongside a 12 GW European development pipeline; a committed EUR 50 million debt facility supports growth.
