Paramount Skydance Extends Debt Tender, Exchange Offer Deadlines

Discovery (WBD) units. The entertainment firm postponed the cutoff to Sept. 11 and anticipates further extensions to align the transaction settlement with the completion of its proposed acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, the company said. Bondholders tendered roughly 66% of the cash-targeted securities and 75% of the exchange-eligible debt as of Aug. 28, though the company said it does not view those figures as representative of the final results of the offers.
