NextTrip enters USD 6.5 million at-the-market equity distribution agreement with Titan Partners Securities
Reuters2026/08/31 21:12- NextTrip entered an at-the-market offering agreement with Titan Partners Securities to sell up to USD 6.5 million of common stock.
- Sales may occur from time to time through Titan on Nasdaq or elsewhere at market prices.
- Titan will receive a 3.5% commission on gross proceeds from each sale.
- Craft Capital Management waived prior placement-agent exclusivity for a 2% fee on gross proceeds for nine months.
- The agreement dated Aug. 31, 2026 allows the company to suspend sales; the program ends once the full amount is sold.
