Cielo Waste Solutions Appoints Ivy Chan as CFO

Chan succeeds Jasdeep Dhaliwal whose departure as CFO, effective Sept. 1, was announced previously, said the company. Chan has more than 25 years of experience across the upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors, leading "large-scale strategic projects" across energy transition, infrastructure, and petrochemical sectors, added the company. "She is an engineer by training with an MBA and experience on large capital projects, which means she understands both what we are building and how it gets financed," said Chief Executive Officer Ryan C.
