According to data from ship tracking company Kpler, four merchant vessels passed through the Strait of Hormuz on Tuesday, down from ten the previous day and below the 10-day average of about thirteen. These ships included a very large crude carrier (VLCC), a Panamax tanker, a Kamsarmax bulk carrier, and a medium-sized oil tanker.
