Power distribution product manufacturer Accelevation (ACCV.US) plans to ride the AI boom and go public in the US, potentially raising 800 millions dollars.
Data center power distribution and infrastructure product manufacturer Accelevation Holdings filed documents with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Wednesday, planning to raise up to approximately 800 millions USD through an initial public offering (IPO).
According to Golden Ten Data, data center power distribution and infrastructure product manufacturer Accelevation Holdings submitted documents to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Wednesday, planning to raise up to $800 million through an initial public offering (IPO). The company plans to list on Nasdaq under the stock symbol “ACCV”.
Information shows that Accelevation is headquartered in Miamisburg, Ohio, and was founded in 2017. The company is responsible for manufacturing and installing power distribution and infrastructure products for use inside data centers. Its products and services include branch circuit whips, remote power panels, power distribution units (PDUs), as well as related monitoring, thermal management, and on-site installation services, integrating these facilities into factory-prepared components.
The company generates revenue from product sales, installation, and on-site services provided to customers. Its clients include hyperscale data center operators, colocation data center operators, AI and cloud service providers. In 2025, the company’s revenue grew by 147%; as of June 30, 2026, its order backlog was about $1.1 billion. Data shows that the company achieved revenue of $727 million in the 12 months ending June 30, 2026.
Previous market research reports indicate that the power demand of global AI data centers is experiencing explosive growth, already far exceeding the elastic growth pattern of traditional IT loads. In the coming years, U.S. utility companies and other grid builders may need to spend trillions of dollars to extensively upgrade old grids and provide the strongest power capacity resources to support the unprecedented new construction and expansion cycle for AI data centers led by technology giants such as Microsoft, Google, and Amazon.
Undoubtedly, whether it is grid system upgrades or the policy trend towards “self-built power systems,” drivers are pushing global power assets into a cycle of comprehensive structural revaluation driven by the frenzy of AI infrastructure construction. For Accelevation, the company is expected to perform well in its IPO by riding this power asset wave.
