Magna Terra Minerals Upsizes Private Placement to CA$3.75 Million

11:14 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Magna Terra Minerals (MTT.V) increased the size of its private placement by CA$1.75 million for up to CA$3.75 million, it said in a statement on Thursday. The offering will now consist of an issuance of up to 8.4-million premium flow-through common shares at CA$0.2375 per premium flow-through common share and up to 10-million common shares at CA$0.175 per common share. Proceeds from the issuance of the premium flow-through common shares will be used to incur "Canadian exploration expenses" that qualify as "flow-through mining expenditures," it said. Proceeds from the common shares will be used for general working capital needs. Shares of the company were last seen up 4.4% at CA$0.24 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
